Our online scheduler is live, convenient and secure. You will be able to view the class and workshop schedules, sign up and make reservations, purchase services and retail items and manage your account.

How to Use the Scheduler
Create a log In
- You will first need to create a log in and password for your account. If you have already contacted the studio, chances are you may already be in our system.
- If you forget your log in information and are unable to retrieve it, please do not create a new log in, as it will produce duplicate accounts. Please contact the studio and we will reset your password.
View and sign up for ongoing classes
- Some of our classes have prerequisites or level stipulations. Please take special care to click on the tital of the class for full description before signing up.
- If the class is full you will be prompted to be put on the wait list. Please feel free to do so as often a space will open up. If you are placed into a class from the waitlist, an email will be automatically sent to you requesting your response. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours we will offer the space to others who may be on the waitlist.
- Please note that we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. A late cancellation or no-show will automatically deduct one class from your current package.
View and register for workshops
- Click on the navigation tab on the top right to view and register for workshops.
- All workshops are by pre-registration only and are subject to cancellation if a minimum enrollment is not reached. You will be notified and refunded in the case of a cancellation
Making a purchase
- All our packages have expiration dates. There are no refunds or transfers for expired classes. Please make your purchases carefully.
- When signing up for a class, the system will prompt you to purchase a minimum of one class of that type. If you do not have any available classes in your account, you will not be able to make the reservation online.
- You may also purchase other items such as privates and semi-privates. These types of appointments are not viewable online and are by appointment only. Please call or email the studio to request an appointment.
