I’m a former “aerobics junkie”, who decided to integrate more stretching and low impact activities into my exercise routine when my knees and feet started to hurt. Incorporating Pilates also had the added bonus of improving my posture. I was also an accountant in the financial services/banking industry until that collapsed; so now, I fund my yarn addiction by working/teaching at Noe Knit a couple of times a week. When I’m not knitting, I love to cook and read fictional novels.
