For both studio safety and flow, we require people new to Pilates to attend at least three of our Pilates Flow or Root classes, which are designed for all-levels, or take a few private sessions. If you are injured or pregnant, please reach out to hello@springpilates.comto discuss your best course of action.
We require everyone to wear socks. Any sock will do, but we highly recommend sticky socks, which we sell at the studio. As far as clothing, any athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in is great! We recommend moisture wicking, form fitting apparel.
We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be completed online. A fee will be charged for late cancels (less than 12 hours before class start time) or no shows. Please notify the studio if you are sick or an emergency situation arises.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. For studio safety and continuity, no one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, and your spot may be given to a standby client.
Registering for the waitlist is like registering for class. If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are added to class from the waitlist and late cancel or no show, you will be charged accordingly.
If you are under the age of 18, you will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before taking your first class. You must be 16+ to attend class. Please contact the studio if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session for a client under 16.
Yes, all sales are final. All sales are non-transferable.
Our unlimited auto-renew membership required a minimum three-month commitment. After that, you may cancel your membership by providing written notice at least 10 days prior to your new billing cycle. Pricing and membership info here.
