Oklahoma City University as a Dance Performance Major. She immediately fell in love with the profound impact Pilates had on her overall physical wellness, and the deeper mind-body connection it fostered with her dancing. After college, Andrea's professional dance career flourished performing in U.S. tours, shows in Las Vegas and aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise ships. During this time, she also taught dance and Pilates while residing in Canada, New York City, and Nebraska.

While performing, Andrea attained her full certification in STOTT PILATES®. Other qualifications Andrea holds include Aerialates, Aerial Yoga, and XFormer. In 2013, Andrea advanced her career by becoming an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew® in STOTT PILATES® and Total Barre®.

Her experience spans from training young dancers and gymnasts to adults, celebrities and professional athletes. Andrea’s passion for Pilates creates a perfect synergy, allowing her to share the benefits of Pilates with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Sara

Sara L.

Sara’s journey with Pilates began as a simple attempt to incorporate feel-good movement into her daily routine. She quickly felt the benefits of improved posture, strength and mobility, and what started as a personal exploration quickly evolved into a deep passion for understanding the body and a professional commitment to sharing the method to others.

She is comprehensively trained through Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI).  She has also completed hundreds of hours of additional training through Stott Pilates, an internationally acclaimed and contemporary method known for its emphasis on modifications, which makes the practice accessible to all bodies. She has also trained in several other movement modalities which include Xformer strength and endurance training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional movement, and various forms of yoga. For Sara, movement is about fostering a deeper connection to one's body, and this background allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to Pilates that addresses both the physical and mental aspects of wellness.

In addition to instructing class and private sessions, Sara is also our Studio Manager!
